1. INTRODUCTION

Technical Impossibility:

3.2 Non-Eligible Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances:

Client-Initiated Changes:

  • Changes in project scope, requirements, or specifications requested by the client

  • Client decides to cancel or terminate services for reasons unrelated to our performance

External Factors:

  • Third-party service failures or limitations beyond our control

  • Changes in client's business circumstances, priorities, or budget

  • Force majeure events as defined in our Terms of Use

Completed Work:

  • Services that have been substantially completed and delivered

  • Work products that have been accepted by the client

  • Services where deliverables have been provided and are functional

Consulting and Advisory Services:

  • Time spent on consulting, planning, or advisory services

4. REFUND PROCESS AND TIMELINE

4.1 Refund Request Procedure

  • Third-party costs already incurred and non-recoverable

  • Work products or services already delivered and accepted

6. SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR DIFFERENT SERVICES

6.1 Custom Software Development

  • Refunds considered only for undelivered features or modules

  • Code and development work already completed remains our intellectual property until full payment

  • No refunds for debugging or maintenance of delivered software

6.2 Digital Transformation Consulting

  • No refunds for strategic advice, recommendations, or consulting time already provided

  • Refunds may apply to undelivered implementation phases

6.3 Cloud Services and Infrastructure

  • No refunds for third-party cloud service costs already incurred

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction:

  • Bank transfers for wire payments

  • Credit card refunds for card payments

  • Check payments for original check transactions

8.2 Processing Timeline

  • Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days

  • Bank Transfers: 7-15 business days

  • International Transfers: 10-20 business days

  • Check Payments: 15-30 business days

8.3 Currency and Exchange Rates

  • Refunds will be processed in the original payment currency
